The Pump is simple, concise, and smart looking, with all the right controls and indicators in all the right places. This Compressor stands tall in the ELI family. Starting at the top, there’s an Input trim with clip indicator; 8 selectable compression ratios from 2:1 to 20:1 and everything in between; independent digitally stepped controls for precise recall of Attack and Release selections — including a soft Opto-Coupler style Release. Use the 70Hz High Pass Filter to minimize LF buildup; engage the soft clip function and relish the subtle and harmonious treatment of saturated signals. The unit includes comprehensive Gain Reduction metering and Attack Modification (AtMod) functions to slow the initial onset of the attack envelope and preserve more transient content for greater overall impact — with a Bypass selection to go dry.
