What are the new features for UK sellers on Reverb?
Reverb has improved its marketplace for sellers in the UK, adding new features such as:
  • An all-in 5% fee.
  • Discounted postage labels that can be purchased directly through Reverb.
  • UK-specific pricing guidance.
What fees will I pay for selling on Reverb?
Reverb sellers in the UK will pay an all-in 5% fee once their music gear has sold, eliminating payment processing fees. Additional taxes may apply.
Note that sellers also have the option to add Bump to their listings and/or purchase discounted postage labels after they've made a sale, incurring additional fees.
If you choose to list your item for sale internationally and it sells to a buyer located outside of the UK, you will incur an additional 1% cross border fee.
How do postage labels through Reverb work?
Sellers in the UK can now purchase discounted postage labels directly through Reverb. There are currently three carriers to choose from:
  • DPD
  • Yodel
  • Evri
At this time, discounted postage labels purchased through Reverb are only available for pedals, amps, synths, and drums. If you're dispatching a guitar, or would like to use a carrier outside of the ones available through Reverb, you can purchase postage labels directly through our partners at Packlink.
Is there postage protection for UK postage labels?
At this time, sellers in the UK purchasing a postage label through Reverb will need to go through a third party postage insurance company if you want your shipment protected. Reverb is currently looking into adding postage protection for UK sellers and will provide more information once this becomes available.
How does Reverb’s price guidance work?
New UK-specific price guidance can be found in the Reverb Price Guide and during the listing process. As you create your listing, Reverb will recommend the best price based on historical data for the item you’re selling.
How do I know my information is safe?
The Reverb Payments system is encrypted to ensure the safe processing and transmission of transactions. Learn more about trust and safety on Reverb.
