Front End Audio is run by people who love gear, recording and all things Pro Audio. Our main purpose is to help our customers find the gear needed to be successful in their recording projects. We do this by sharing our experiences and product knowledge with you so that you can make a decision that is right for you, not based on a dollar amount or what someone else has told you or what is "cool" in the industry. We ship all over the world with some exclusions based on the size and weight of the item. International customer please read our international policies below. We ship packages with Signature Required so notify us prior to the shipment if this is a problem. Per Reverb's terms of service, we can only ship to the address they provide us so please confirm your address is correct before you place the order.

Returns: All returns must come back to us in “just like new” condition exactly how you received it. If the unit is returned and tested to be in a lesser condition than it arrived to you, a minimal restocking fee of 25% will be imposed, or the item refused and returned to you. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.
Missing & Damage: You will be provided tracking when your order ships. It is your responsibility to track your package to ensure it arrives. In the case that your order goes missing during delivery, or that there is damage to the package or the product, or that you package is missing items... you have 3 business days from the date of the delivery to notify us. You should always inspect your package immediately upon receipt even if you don't plan on using it right away.
Signature/Redirects/Hold Locations: We ship packages with Signature Required, please notify us prior to the shipment if this is a problem. Due to the increasing nature of internet and shipping fraud we do not offer shipment redirects and/or “hold at location” delivery options. Please ensure, prior to placing your order, that you want the package to arrive at the address you provide us during checkout as we cannot make changes once it has shipped. If you need a package to ship to a carrier authorized “hold” location you must let us know prior to the shipping of your order so we can arrange this service for you; and the address must be provided to us by Reverb on your order confirmation.
International Fees, Taxes, and Restrictions: Please keep in mind that your government or another entity in your country may impose a charge for custom and/or brokerage fees, duties and taxes on items received from the US. These charges do not originate from Front End Audio nor do we benefit from them in any way. You are responsible for payment of all custom and brokerage fees, duties and taxes that may be imposed when these goods are imported into your country. Since these fees will vary from country to country, we do not know what your fees will be and advise you to contact your local government customs office to determine the rate for the products you would like to purchase. If you do not pay these fees your product will be returned to us at which time we will issue you a refund minus the cost of all shipping and any additional fees that may have been incurred to receive your shipment back to our warehouse.
International Power Configurations: If applicable, all units are shipped with US power supply configurations unless otherwise specified in the listing. We are not able to advise you on any other power configuration, you are buying a US configured device. Please do not assume that we know your power requirements, we do not and we would never make assumptions when it comes to something that can damage your device. Front End Audio is not responsible for damage cause to equipment improperly powered and it is the customers responsibility to ensure the proper powering configuration prior to use. We always recommend that you use a power converter, it is the safest method to ensure you are giving your device the proper power.
International Returns & Exchanges: We highly recommend that you purchase from your local dealer, but if that is not an option then per the terms of your sale you agree too and assume responsibility for the cost of shipping both to and from Front End Audio, regardless of reason. If you item arrives damaged, you will have to return it to us at your cost. If you need service, you will have to return it to us at your cost. We cannot issue international customers return labels and we cannot refund any import taxes you have paid. If you have questions or concerns regarding this policy or international shipping then PLEASE contact us before you make your purchase so we can avoid any unpleasant experiences or situations.
