Here for sale we have a Fender Player Stratocaster in Polar White finish. Made in Mexico in 2021, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising an Alder body, Maple neck and 22 fret Maple fingerboard. This guitar is fitted with Nickel hardware including a 2-point synchronized tremolo bridge and upgraded Fender Locking tuning machines. The pickups installed are a trio of Fender Player Series Alnico V Strat single-coils, which are wired to a 3-way blade switch, master volume, neck/middle tone and bridge tone controls. The satin finish Maple neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the Modern 'C' profile allowing for easy fretting in any register and lending itself well to a wide variety of styles. The Maple fingerboard is pleasant to the touch, and with its 9.5” radius offers a nice balance between comfortable chord playing and practicality for lead lines. Medium jumbo frets enhance vibrato and string bending techniques whilst also providing a rock-solid and smooth playing experience without sacrificing that conventional Fender feel.The trio of Fender Player Series Alnico V Strat single-coil pickups deliver classic Stratocaster tones with a modern edge for the contemporary player. A bell-like high end is complemented well by punchy mids and robust low frequencies, with crisp articulation in all positions. A very small indentation is apparent to the front face edge of the headstock tip. Any other markings to the headstock are difficult to discern.Neck: Overall very good condition. The fingerboard demonstrates light scratching, only visible under direct light at certain angles. Delamination of the lacquer finish is apparent in the upper register, most notably to the 15th fret. This cannot be felt beneath the strings and does not affect the neck's feel or playability. The side dots were previously covered by stickers, which have now been removed and have left light discoloration to the finish in the upper register, mostly notably at the 17th fret.Body: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the body demonstrate light scratching and indentations. Most notably indentation to the treble side of the lower bout, which has marked but not removed any of the finish. The treble side of the neck pocket demonstrates a crack to the finish that does not go through to the wood. The rear face of the treble side horn demonstrates a small scuff mark that could not be removed during our cleaning process. The rear face edge of the lower bout demonstrates consistent light scuff marks that could not be removed during our cleaning process.Condition of Frets:This guitar has been re-fretted with Stainless Steel frets to a professional standard. The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.Current Set Up:Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (5mm hex) not included. Light tooling marks are apparent to the edge of the access hole.Hardware: Fully functional and very good condition. Light scratching and tarnishing is apparent to the bridge.
