    When will I get paid?
    First-time sellers should see their earnings in their bank account within 5 business days of the item being delivered, whereas existing sellers should see the money processed within 5 business days of the item being in-transit. Learn more about getting paid on Reverb.
    How do fees work on Reverb?
    It's free to list on Reverb. Once your gear sells, you'll pay a 5% selling fee. Additional taxes and fees may include Bump fees, postage label costs, or cross-border fees. Learn more here.
    How do I know if a buyer is legit?
    Buyers on Reverb have an average of 4.99/5 stars from sellers. Plus, new users also go through a thorough verification process to ensure that their account is valid. For any bad actors that slip through, our in-house team and technology actively monitors for fraudulent activity.
    What if I have a problem with my order/buyer?
    Most issues are resolved between buyers and sellers directly, so the first step is contacting the buyer through Reverb's messaging platform. If the item arrived damaged or not as described, collect photos and/or videos from the buyer via Reverb messages. If additional assistance is needed, contact Reverb Support after you have collected the initial information from the buyer.
    What do I do if I haven't received my earnings?
    Depending on your bank, it typically takes 1-4 business days for payment to appear in your account after receiving our final email confirming payment is on the way. If you still don't see the money in your account, make sure your earnings aren't in your Payout Balance awaiting bank transfer and that you uploaded the correct tracking information on your Orders page.     How can I get my item to sell quickly?
    • Use the Price Guide to see how much your gear is worth. Keep in mind: competitively priced music gear sells faster.
    • Write a strong description outlining any blemishes and modifications and include detailed photos in good lighting. Learn best practices for descriptions and photos.
    • We want to help you sell your music gear as much as possible, which is why we give you insights to make your listings more attractive to buyers. On the web, you'll find the "Insights" filter on the left side of your Listings page. It lets you filter your active listings to see how others are interacting with them, and find ways to improve them.
    How much should I charge for shipping?
    We've built our shipping tools specifically for music gear and its sellers. Save time and money with discounted postage labels, and give local buyers the option to collect the item in person. Depending on your location, you'll have different options available.
    What's the best way to go about sending parcels?
    Reverb makes the postage process as easy as possible, and you can get everything you need through Reverb.com.
    How do I know my information is safe?
    The Reverb Payments system is encrypted to ensure the safe processing and transmission of transactions. Learn more about trust and safety on Reverb.
    Can I sell locally on Reverb?
    Yes. When creating your listing, under the "postage" section, select Local pickup. When the buyer picks up the item, be sure they select Mark as Received so your payout gets approved. Learn more about how local pickup works on Reverb.
