Up for sale is a complete, exceptional Sonor 503 Series 5-piece acoustic drum kit in a vibrant Metallic Wine Red wrap. 

Unlike standard, factory-spec entry kits, this specific setup was expertly refurbished by drummer and tutor Andy Franklin. 

This kit is ideal for an intermediate player looking to upgrade, or an ambitious student looking for an all-in-one setup that completely bypasses the need for future component upgrades. Kept strictly in a smoke-free, climate-controlled residential environment and maintained to a high standard.

Condition Notes 

• Shells & Finish: A few minor scratches in an otherwise excellent cosmetic and structural condition. Wrap is tight, gloss finish is highly reflective. No wrap lifting or seam separation. 

• Cymbals: Pristine structural integrity across all 4 pieces. The Zildjian ride carries a beautiful, authentic natural patina that sweetens its vintage tone. 

• Hardware & Hardware Threads: The chrome is bright and clean. Every wing nut, memory lock, joint clamp, and pedal spring functions exactly as intended with zero stripping. 

Collection & Logistics 

• Location: Collection only from Braintree, Essex. 

• Vehicle Requirement: Due to the physical volume of a 22" bass drum, 4 shells, heavy stands, 4 cymbals, and a stool, you will need a standard hatchback with the rear seats fully flattened, an SUV, or an estate car. 

Safe Handover: The kit is currently fully set up and ready to be audited/tested by serious buyers prior to vehicle loading. I am happy to help dismantle and pack the hardware carefully into your vehicle.
