Limited edition (no longer in production) David Campbell Lomax B-flat clarinet mouthpiece. The serial number is 4852.

It has a long facing and is designed to be very warm and responsive. This model is comparable to the Walter Grabner K11-14, Clarke Fobes and Zinner French style mouthpieces.It is a medium-closed mouthpiece.
New, this was £235 on the Howarth's website when last in stock.
Produced during the early 2010s, I used this mouthpiece for around 2 years between 2014 and 2015 with my Yamaha 450 clarinet. I have not used it since.
Light wear on the mouthpiece include tarnishing of the ligature and scuffing around the top of the mouthpiece as seen in photos. Perfect working order (tested this year).
