This is a 1985 vintage drum machine known as, Roland TR707. It originally came from Europe, hence why the plug is the EU version.
Despite being incredibly old, it still works very well with all the sounds coming out crisp. The only the problem is that high hat slider is slightly off (see image) however, that doesn't doesn't affect the sound of volume. There is also a little chip on the right and a couple scratches, usual wear and tear.
