The official Fender Prewired Stratocaster Pickguard w/ Vintage Noiseless Pickups make changing your pickups a complete breeze, the pickups, pots and switch come mounted to the scratchplate and the electronic components have been soldered together for quick and easy mounting.

To finish installation of this prewired assembly, simply remove your old guard, solder the hot and circuit ground from the new kit to the existing output jack and solder the trem claw ground wire and screw in the electronics cavity ground wire and that's it, mount the new guard and you're ready to rock with pure Fender sound. Will directly retrofit a modern 11 hole mount strat body. The same high quality components are used as in their fully assembled guitars making this a quick and easy way to upgrade or replace your electronics and controls all at once (includes control knobs and switch tip.)

The Vintage Noiseless single coil pickups give you vintage single coil Strat tone, without the hum. Their Alnico 2 magnets create complex harmonics with a warmer attack and a less aggressive midrange. Featuring all quality CTS potentiometers, this assembly includes a 500K volume control and 1 MEG tone pots. Featuring a reverse wound reverse polarity (RWRP) middle pickup for hum-cancelling in positions two and four, it has Polysol coated magnet wire and staggered hand bevelled pole pieces for smooth, balanced tone. The vinyl coated output wire and plastic bobbins deliver the vintage correct aesthetic.
