We offer boutique as well as major brands, and select modified items where our in house tech takes good gear and makes it great.
ZenPro has a wide selection of microphones, preamps, outboard gear, studio monitors and custom cables for all of your studio needs.
Politique d’expédition
We ship most items free to the lower 48 continental USA. Very small packages generally ship via USPS, while larger packages (2 to 3 pounds and up) ship UPS, at our discretion. We may need to collect additional ship costs for larger packages to Post Office Boxes, or request a physical ship-to address in certain cases.
You must be available to sign for packages, returned and re-shipped items will require an additional payment to send again (this triples our ship cost, free or paid shipping is for one trip to you to receive). If you need info in advance, like when a package will be scheduled for delivery attempt, please contact us in advance.
International shipping is handled typically by UPS, USPS Priority Mail or DHL Worldwide Express, depending on size and weight.

Any variance from brand new condition upon return will mean either a rejected return or a higher restocking fee since the item will have to be resold as "B" stock.
Exchanges are eligible for no restock fee, as long as the returned item is received back in 100% new condition and the exchange item is comparable in value.

You must contact us in advance to approve the return / exchange, and to receive an authorized RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). We cannot accept unauthorized returns.
