Shipping Policy

I ship with tracking & insurance.

Please note: Quotes are for DHL Germany or UPS. There've been rare instances of delays, or returned packages after attempted delivery. Please be aware that I ONLY cover costs of re-mailing if it was my fault. It's not my fault if you didn't receive a notice or didn't collect. Please always follow tracking.

IMPORTANT: International shipping comes with risks. I do take responsibility ONLY for issues under my direct control. For damage / loss you are covered by insurance. Everything else is the buyer's risk.

In many countries including the US only the recipient (you) can file the insurance claim. I won't issue any refunds for loss / damage / delays unless the delivery company pays compensation first.

In any case, contact me first if you encounter any issues. I'll assist with insurance proceedings.

My sales are final, with no returns accepted. If I am responsible for an order not matching my description I will take it back after examination. A lot of boutique manufacturer gear tends to exhibit idiosyncrasies and odd behavior, often with lots of variation from one unit to the next. Please always google in-depth reviews and user experience before buying.

However, should I have agreed to return shipping from outside of the EU, it **MUST** be with UPS or FedEx. DPD and other low budget couriers will be rejected in any case (and have a high rate of loss).

I understand this is not everybody's cup of tea, hence: For a 100% risk-free delivery, please support your local sellers or arrange for personal pickup in Berlin.
