Shipping Policy
We accept the orders from overseas. The ordered items in stock will be shipped after the payment is confirmed. The message will be given if the items are not in stock. Please contact us if the items require the reservation, order or customization.
The delivery period and shipment cost will alter depending the item and the shipping address. Please consider that some items may require a certain period of time until shipment. The delivery arrival date may be delayed due to weather and other traffic circumstances. Please consider the possible delays for the delivery to the isolated island or places.
We operate out of Tokyo. All items are shipped with shipping insurance and tracking.
