General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Used items are not allowed for returns unless otherwise stated in description for "Repaired Necks/Husks" or unless item arrives damaged/not as described.
If package gets returned due to incorrect address and or custom fees not being paid (international shipments) original shipping costs and a 20% restock fee will be deducted from refund amount.
New items. Buyers have a 14 day return policy. Buyers are responsible for covering return shipping costs and original shipping costs will be deducted from payment prior to refund issued.
