Shipping Policy
We ship via Yamato Transport (UPS) or EMS. The buyer cannot choose the shipping method.
When you purchase multiple items, a combined shipping rate is automatically applied. You can check it in your cart.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
Please provide the recipient's name and address in English.
We will not ship to PO boxes.
We will not understate the price of goods on an invoice.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns or refunds cannot be accepted for malfunctions caused by the customer’s own fault or negligence.
Returns are only accepted if the product differs from the description, is damaged, or is defective. Please keep the packaging materials, instruction manual, and other accessories.
If a product is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, delivery to a non-serviceable area, or unpaid VAT (Value-Added Tax) or import duties, the customer will be charged the original shipping fee, the return shipping fee, and a restocking fee (15% of the product price). In cases where the carrier disposes of the product for the same reasons, the full order amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
In the rare case that a refund is requested, buyer will be required to send pictures of original packaging and send a video link documenting any damages/malfunctions.
We can not cancel an order after shipping process has started. If an order is cancelled before shipping process has started, restocking fee will be charged.
