48-STATE CONTINENTAL US SHIPPING: Buyer adds listing-specified or quoted shipping amount to the purchase price. Shipping amounts listed (including any “free shipping” offers) are only for the “Lower 48” Continental US States. Seller normally ships within 1 business day of receiving payment. You can avoid all shipping charges if you would rather pick up your item at our store in Topeka, KS. We could also arrange for you to pick it up in our store in Lawrence, KS. If you need it in a hurry, we can quote next-day or 2nd day shipping in most cases. Please note that we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes nor do we offer C.O.D. shipping. WE WILL ONLY SHIP PAYPAL PURCHASES TO PAYPAL VERIFIED ADDRESSES!!
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Due to CITES regulations all species of Rosewood must now be accompanied by a CITES certificate in order to be exported. If you would like to purchase a product that has Rosewood there may be an extended wait for the CITES certificate and additional charges related to procuring said certificate. INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: We are happy to ship to experienced international buyers who have 4.5 star or higher feedback with ten (10) or more recent successful transactions. Please don’t bid or purchase if you don’t meet these minimum requirements. Hawaii, Alaska, all other parts of the US outside of the continental 48 states and ALL international buyers must contact us for a shipping quote before bidding or purchasing.
**ATTENTION** It is important to note that import duties, tariffs and taxes are not included in purchase pricing or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibilities. General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are possible within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Contact us to receive a Return Authorization form. Fill it out and pack it with your item, shipping your item to us at your expense, in the same or better condition as you received it. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will replace it or issue you a refund, less shipping charges. A return for refund voids “free shipping” offers and the buyer becomes responsible for the original outgoing shipping. Please note: any repairs or work necessary to restore your returned item to its outgoing condition will be assessed against your refund.
