Shipping Policy

- I will ship with tracking and Reverb Safe Shipping via UPS to the listed regions.

- Items over $150.00 may require signature.

Returns: *PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH ME* I'm a lover of music and gear and am usually in the shoes of someone buying, so i know things can go wrong sometimes and it's frustrating. Please reach out if you have an issue and we can almost certainly resolve it. I've had to institute some policies that are pretty common sense.
(Yes, all of these have happened to me at one point over the years.)

- Buyer pays shipping on approved returns.

- If a package is deemed "undeliverable" to the address provided and returned to me I will NOT re-ship the item, nor can I offer a refund. Please make sure your address accepts packages BEFORE providing shipping info.

-Any unauthorized returns will be treated the same way. If you return an item without my consent you will not be refunded and the item will be re-listed.

Please keep in mind I am a fellow musician who works a day job in a major US City, not a Guitar Center or retailer meaning: I will do my absolute best to ship items same or next day once payment clears, this isn't always possible, so packages larger than 15lb will usually ship on the Saturday most closely following purchase.
