We will accept refunds within 30 days of the receipt of the item. The item must be in original condition to receive a full refund. Manufacturer packaging must be undamaged otherwise a 15% repackaging fee may be imposed. We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value of the item has been diminished in some way.
If your item was sent with Free Shipping, the outbound rate will be deducted from your refund. This does not apply to items that are defective or damaged upon receipt, or there is an error on SportHitech or the manufacturer's part.
Personal items (e.g Earplugs, harmonicas) as designated by the relevant authorities may NOT be returned due to US health regulations.
International Shipments (all customers outside the United States): Buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs regardless of reason for return.
