Sparks Music was established in 1968 by Roger & Diane Sparks, so we know a little something about the world of music retail. We work very hard at making the customers experience a great one. We specialize in the products we sell plus, have in house skilled techs ready to help in anyway possible. Our staff is musicians ready to help musicians. Sparks Music also puts every instrument through a 55 point, 6 stage inspection / setup process & you get a copy of the inspection sheet that is signed off on by the tech that did the inspection! Try getting that from a “Big Box Store”. You will talk to a person if you call during business hours that is more than happy to assist you or if you email us we will respond promptly during business hours. Sparks Music offers exclusives that make our products the best products in the industry. We have been a authorized dealer for the name brands we carry for a long time.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

What if there is a problem with my order?
If there’s a problem with your order, the first thing to do is call your Sales Specialist. He or she will take care of you, no matter what. We’ll do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make your experience shopping at Sparks Music a pleasant one.

What if I receive a defective product?
If you believe you’ve received a defective product, contact our support team at (620) 442-5030 and speak with a support specialist that will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#)

“No Hassle” 14 Day Return Policy:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price (minus all shipping costs), an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within 14 days of the shipping date. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. Buyer is responsible for “all shipping costs”. Our “No Hassle” 14 day return policy only applies to items that qualify, some products do not qualify.
Exceptions:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on clearance, discontinued, vintage, demo and select used items. Additionally, the following items are returnable only if defective or unopened: strings, reeds, computers, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, “world” wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, body jewelry, sheet music, cleaners, polishes and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, books, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, these items will be exchanged only for the same product. Some products incur sanitization fees: $10 for woodwind and brass instruments, $8 for mouthpieces priced at $300 or more, and $4 for mouthpieces under $300. Returned bows incur a $4 restocking fee.

Stringed instruments priced at $899 or more must be returned within 48 hours from the time they are signed for from the shipper & must contain all of the original packing, paperwork & accessories as the guitar came with from the factory.
Abuse of Return Privileges.
Sparks Music understands that a solid and honest return policy is important for you to have confidence in your purchase. We want to make sure our customers never get stuck with a wrong piece of gear. Unfortunately, there are those who have taken advantage of this policy in the past. So we reserve the right, for those who violate the spirit of our return policy with excessive returns, to limit or suspend of return privileges.

How To Make A Return:
It all begins with your Sparks Music Sales Specialist. Call to arrange for an RA (Return Authorization) number (620) 442-5030 , which you should write on the shipping label (not on the box, please).
To help you avoid a return adjustment, our warehouse staff has provided a handy checklist to show you exactly how to ship a product back to us:
• Item must include a return authorization (RA) number
• Item must be in like-new condition as it was received
• Item must be in the complete original packaging
• All accessories that were originally included must be returned
• All literature that was originally included — manuals, warranty card, etc. — must be returned in new condition
• Double-box the product before shipping (Buyer is responsible for the items until Sparks Music has finished inspecting the return)
• Use standard packing tape — no duct tape
• Do not write on the original box
• Affix shipping label with RA number
