Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping (within Japan)

All domestic shipments within Japan will be handled by major Japanese carriers such as Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.

The carrier will be selected based on the size, weight, and nature of the item.

All domestic shipments include tracking numbers and are securely packed to prevent damage.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or other buyer-related reasons, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges.

International Shipping (outside Japan)

Shipping methods vary depending on the destination country and current regulations.

Shipments to the United States

Due to U.S. government regulations announced in 2025 regarding the suspension of the de minimis exemption for commercial goods, EMS shipments containing items for sale to the United States are currently restricted.

EMS may only be used for:

Documents (EMS Documents)

Personal gifts between individuals valued at USD 100 or less

Commercial sales items cannot be shipped to the United States via EMS.

Therefore, all shipments to the United States will be handled via:

Yamato Transport International TA-Q-BIN

Fully trackable

Insurance included

Final delivery within the United States handled by UPS

Tracking Information for U.S. Shipments

The Yamato Transport tracking number will be registered in the Reverb shipping information.

After the package is handed over from Yamato Transport to UPS within the United States, the UPS tracking number will be provided separately via Reverb message.

Shipments to Other Countries

For destinations other than the United States, one of the following shipping methods will be used:

EMS (Express Mail Service – Japan Post)

Fully trackable worldwide

Insurance included

Yamato Transport International TA-Q-BIN

The shipping method will be selected based on the destination country and shipping conditions.

All international shipments include tracking numbers and protective packaging.

Address & Shipping Restrictions (Important)

We cannot ship to:

P.O. BOX or POB addresses

APO or FPO addresses

Shipping eligibility may vary depending on the destination country and local customs regulations. Certain countries may restrict delivery to either private individuals or registered business entities.

If shipping restrictions apply to your address type, we may contact you for clarification or cancel the order.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before purchasing.

Orders that do not meet these conditions may be cancelled.

Notes for International Buyers

Import duties, customs duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier are the buyer’s responsibility.

Even if free shipping is offered, it applies to outbound shipping charges only. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier are not included and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities and shipping carriers of the destination country and are beyond our control.

If a shipment is classified as a Remote Area by the shipping carrier, additional delivery charges may apply.

If a shipment is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Refusal to accept delivery

Failure to pay import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or carrier charges

The buyer will be responsible for:

The original outbound shipping cost

The return shipping cost

Any applicable handling fees

Any refund, if applicable, will be issued after deducting all shipping and related costs.

If the shipment is abandoned or disposed of by the carrier due to the above reasons, no refund will be issued.

Handling Time

Items will be shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays) after payment confirmation.

If there is any delay, we will contact you in advance.

Additional Information

Any transit issues (delay, damage, or loss) will be handled in accordance with the shipping carrier’s compensation policy.

All items—especially used, vintage, or delicate equipment—are packed carefully to minimize the risk of damage.

【国内発送（日本国内）】

日本国内への発送は、ヤマト運輸・佐川急便・日本郵便などの主要配送業者にて行います。

商品のサイズ・重量・内容に応じて配送業者を選択いたします。

すべての国内発送には追跡番号が付き、破損防止のため丁寧に梱包して発送いたします。

住所不備、受取拒否、その他購入者様都合により返送となった場合、発送時送料および返送料は購入者様のご負担となります。

【海外発送（日本国外）】

発送方法はお届け先の国および現在の規制状況により決定いたします。

【アメリカ向け発送について】

2025年に発表された米国政府によるデミニミス（免税措置）停止措置により、販売目的の商品についてはEMSでの発送が制限されています。

EMSで発送可能なのは以下のみです：

・書類（EMS書類）
・個人間贈答品で内容品価格が100米ドル以下のもの

販売目的の商品はEMSでは発送できません。

そのため、アメリカ向けの発送はすべて

ヤマト運輸 国際宅急便

にて行います。

・アメリカ国内配送はUPSが担当

【追跡番号について】

Reverbの発送情報にはヤマト運輸の追跡番号を登録いたします。

ヤマト運輸からUPSへの引き渡し完了後、UPSの追跡番号をReverbメッセージにて別途ご連絡いたします。

【その他の国への発送】

アメリカ以外の国へは、以下のいずれかの方法で発送いたします。

発送方法はお届け先および配送状況により選択いたします。

すべての海外発送には追跡番号が付き、厳重に梱包して発送いたします。

【住所制限について】

以下の住所には発送できません。

・私書箱（POB / P.O. BOX）
・APO / FPO住所

お届け先国の通関規制や配送会社の規定により、個人宛または法人宛のいずれかに制限が設けられている場合があります。

該当する制限がある場合には確認のためご連絡、またはご注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合があります。

ご購入前に配送先情報をご確認ください。

【海外バイヤー様へのご注意】

輸入税、関税、VAT、通関手数料、配送業者手数料、その他通関および配送に関連する費用はすべて購入者様のご負担となります。

送料無料設定の場合であっても、対象となるのは発送時の送料のみです。輸入税・関税・VAT・通関手数料・配送業者手数料などは含まれず、これらは購入者様のご負担となります。

これらの費用はお届け先国の税関および配送業者により決定されるものであり、当店では管理・予測することはできません。

配送会社により遠隔地（Remote Area）と判断された場合、追加料金が発生することがあります。

以下の理由により商品が返送された場合：

・住所不備
・受取拒否
・関税・税金・通関手数料・配送業者手数料の未払い

その際は：

・発送時送料
・返送料
・必要に応じた手数料

をご負担いただきます。

返金が発生する場合は、送料および関連費用を差し引いた金額となります。

上記理由により配送業者により放棄・廃棄された場合、返金はいたしません。

【発送までの日数】

お支払い確認後、土日祝日を除く1〜3営業日以内に発送いたします。

発送が遅れる場合は事前にご連絡いたします。

【その他】

配送中の遅延・破損・紛失については、各配送会社の補償規定に準じます。

中古品・ビンテージ機材・精密機器は特に厳重に梱包しております。
