Shipping Policy
Vintage amplifiers (from before 2000) are often fragile and can be easily damaged in shipping. They will always be carefully tested, packed and insured but notification of damage and confirmation that the amp is functioning correctly must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the package whether there are signs of external damage or not. Failure to do this may invalidate the insurance.
All VAT and Customs Duties of the country being shipped to will be the responsibility of the buyer. This applies to all sales.

Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
