ProAudioLand has been in business for 37 years! Yes, before we all new what the internet was! The same owner who started the business out of his apartment 37 years ago, a fellow musician just selling gear by day and hustling gigs at night, still owns and operates this business today. We ship most orders same day and will do our best to take care of you for all your needs. We have a HUGE selection of pickups, effect pedals, and replacement speakers. We also carry guitars, bass, amps, processores, cymbals, mics, accessories, and more. We are still growing every year, thanks to you! We really appreciate your support and your happiness is our number one priority.

We will ship with tracking within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, PR and international shipments may incur additional charges.
ProAudioLand is happy to assist you with shipment questions from Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm PST.
Inquiries and orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be answered and processed the following Monday at 9am.
Domestic Customers:
Customer is responsible for shipping of the item back to PAL. For exchanges of product within the United States PAL will pay all shipping costs to return the replacement item back to you.
International Customers:
PAL is not responsible for postage to and from, taxes, duties and or brokerage fees on international returns and exchanges. All shipping and customs fees will be the buyer's responsibility.
International Orders are final sale, no exception. No returns, refunds or exchanges for any reason.

Pickups/Speakers or any other equipment which requires soldering or installation cannot be returned after being soldered/installed.

(Sorry, but no returns are allowed on software, harmonicas, videos, books, drumsticks, drumheads, pickups (unless new in package uninstalled), raw frame speakers, mouth-blown instruments, headphones, earphones, and some Special Order items.
Customer must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) for return or exchange. Please email or call (877) 671-2200.
All returns must: be in original, undamaged, new condition, include all warranty cards, literature, packaging, etc in to qualify for a full refund.
All returns are subject to inspection and or return minus our original shipping costs in the case it is returned as new with all original packaging and contents.
If you receive an item that is damaged or DOA, we will issue a call tag to have it picked up for return and once inspected we will either replace or offer a refund. Please note this only applies to domestic customers located within the continental U.S.
