Shipping Policy
If you buy an item marked "As Is", there is no shipping or return option unless the item is not received in the condition as stated in the sale information. You may then contact us via email with the information that substantiates your claim.
If you buy an item that is returnable, you are responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance coverage for the amount of the sale price. The item must be returned with the same parts and in the same condition that it was shipped to you, or you will be responsible for damages to the instrument, at a cost we will determine.
