*due the ability to offer the biggest selection is dispatching time longer than in some other shops - we want you to have the option to pick from the most guitar available but we have no room to store all guitars at hand - therefore usual dispatch time for this instruments are 4-7 workdays.
Shipping Policy
We are using a standard courier company as GLS, DHL or Post services with effort for fastest and safest possible shipping. All packages are insured for potential damages during the transport. That is why all buyers need to receive an undamaged box with a product. If the outside layer of the packing material is damaged, ask the delivery company for "proof of damage" or do not receive the package at all. This is needed for potential reclaim for the shipment. All customers which will not follow this simple rule and receive damaged box, the package with damaged outer layer, will lose any possibility of refunding the goods.
In order to give you the best stock status we are cooperationg with various warehouses therefore usual dispatch time is 4-7 work days. During christmass season it can be pospond by few days due the high demand.
