🔁 Política de Reembolso y Devoluciones
En ParPer Drum trabajamos de forma artesanal, por lo que cada instrumento requiere tiempo, material y dedicación. Por ello, nuestras condiciones son las siguientes:
🔹 Instrumentos en stock
Los productos disponibles en stock podrán devolverse en un plazo de 7 días desde la recepción, siempre que se encuentren en el mismo estado en el que fueron entregados.
Se aplicará un cargo de restocking del 15% sobre el importe del producto.
Los gastos de envío no son reembolsables.
El coste del envío de la devolución corre a cargo del cliente.
🔹 Instrumentos personalizados o bajo pedido
Los instrumentos fabricados bajo pedido o con especificaciones personalizadas (escala, frecuencia, número de tonos, diseño u otros detalles acordados) no admiten devolución ni reembolso.
Esto se debe a que cada pieza se construye específicamente para la persona que la solicita y no puede ser reasignada.

Si el instrumento presenta algún problema o defecto, por favor, contacta con nosotros. Revisaremos cada caso y buscaremos una solución justa.
🔁 Refund & Return Policy
At ParPer Drum, all instruments are handcrafted, which means time, materials and dedicated work go into each piece. For this reason, our policy is as follows:
🔹 In-stock instruments
Items available in stock can be returned within 7 days of delivery, as long as they remain in their original condition.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the product price.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
🔹 Custom or made-to-order instruments
Instruments that are made to order or customized (including scale, frequency, number of notes, design or any agreed specifications) are not eligible for return or refund.
Each piece is built specifically for the customer and cannot be reassigned or resold under the same conditions.
🔹 Issues or defects
If there is any issue with your instrument, please contact us. We will review the case and work towards a fair solution.
