-We use Canada Post with tracking and SIGNATURE required.
On average it can take anywhere from 2 to 6 days depending on the destination. It is possible that delay occurs and it takes more than 6 days.

IMPORTANT: Please read
Due to European Union regulations and air mail/freight regulations, any pedal going to a country within the European Union will have its battery removed. The pedal will be shipped without battery.

For questions about delivery please contact us before buying.

For overseas shipments, to avoid issues with customs and possible delays/returns, we will remove any battery contained in the product.


**Taxes and Duties**

-For the USA-
****CASE 1: Value of your purchase is LESS than US$800:
We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). We charge the import duty and submit it in advance for you so you will not be charged any import duty/tariff. There may other charges when your parcel goes through your local customs/postal office (fees, other taxes, etc). Only the import Duty (also known as import tariff) will be paid in advance.

****CASE 2: Value of your purchase is MORE than US$800:
We ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Buyer is 100% responsible for the payment of any import duty/import tariff and any other fee, tax, etc. that your customs office, postal office, etc may charge to release your purchase.

In most cases there is an import duty for guitar effect pedals, microphones, etc. It depends on the country where the product was made. Yet, regulations may have changed.

-For the rest of the world:-
Import duties are not part of our shipping fees, you are 100% responsible for paying any import duty or tax according to your country's tax and import duty policies.
