-We use Canada Post with tracking and SIGNATURE required.
On average it can take anywhere from 2 to 6 days depending on the destination. It is possible that delay occurs and it takes more than 6 days.

Due to European Union regulations and air mail/freight regulations, any pedal going to a country within the European Union will have its battery removed. The pedal will be shipped without battery.

For overseas shipments, to avoid issues with customs and possible delays/returns, we will remove any battery contained in the product.
**Taxes and Duties**
-For the USA-
****CASE 1: Value of your purchase is LESS than US$800:
We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). We charge the import duty and submit it in advance for you so you will not be charged any import duty/tariff. There may other charges when your parcel goes through your local customs/postal office (fees, other taxes, etc). Only the import Duty (also known as import tariff) will be paid in advance.
****CASE 2: Value of your purchase is MORE than US$800:
We ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Buyer is 100% responsible for the payment of any import duty/import tariff and any other fee, tax, etc. that your customs office, postal office, etc may charge to release your purchase.
In most cases there is an import duty for guitar effect pedals, microphones, etc. It depends on the country where the product was made. Yet, regulations may have changed.

Import duties are not part of our shipping fees, you are 100% responsible for paying any import duty or tax according to your country's tax and import duty policies.

Our goal is your total satisfaction but we reserve the right to accept or not a return if the conditions above are not met.
*Returns*
We offer a 7 day return policy. To qualify for a return it is very important that you follow the return instructions and that your item remains in NEW condition.
For example: wanting to return a used or damaged item, an item without if packaging/box, etc
-To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging and we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
-If you want to return an item you must pay for the return shipping to us with tracking. We can't accept any return without paid return shsipping and tracking.
--Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition and show no signs of wear or use including, but not limited to: scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the product and box/packaging materials.
-Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and accessories.
-Please pack the box of the purchased item inside another box.
-Please don't ship back your return using only the item's box.
-Include the original invoice inside the box (Make a copy of your invoice for your records)
-Please do not write on the manufacturer's box.
-You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item.
-Please ship your return with a tracking number.
Very Important... Please read:
We test items before they ship to make sure they don't have any issues.
- If you are returning an item because you think it is defective please make sure it is really defective. If we receive an item returned for supposedly being defective which is not really defective unfortunately we would have to issue a refund of what you paid for the item (minus the cost of return shipping) and we would also charge a 15% restocking fee. So please make sure that items are really defective.
From experience we know that 9.5 out of 10 times items are not really defective but rather the issue is caused by:
*Not knowing how to use it (please read the instructions)
*Mis-configuration caused by user
*Defective connectors, cables, batteries, etc
*Use of incorrect power supply
-Please pack the item carefully in a box and use a shipping method that includes tracking. If no tracking number is provided we can't process the return and no refund will be issued.
-Please note that returned items and its packaging/box must be received in brand new condition.
-Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included material.
-Please buy insurance
If an item is returned in undesirable condition, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
