Buying and selling Vintage and unique gear since 1985. We are an online seller exclusively. We do not have a physical location available to the public but we can arrange free delivery for local online purchases.
*We are in North Idaho, the Pacific Northwest so shipping times to the west coast are relatively quick*

Q; Do you accept trades?
A; Trade-ins are an important part of the vintage guitar business and we always welcome in person trades. We do not trade on Reverb.
Q; How do you ship?
A; Each guitar is detuned, fretboard protected, headstock wrapped, and securely fixed inside the case or bag.. We use the Aeris air suspension packing system when appropriate and have found this to be the best method by far. All guitars are shipped via UPS ground or USPS unless otherwise stated. If your order has been placed through Reverb, we cannot change the shipping details, delivery, or address. Please contact Reverb for shipping label changes before the item has shipped. UPS has an online tool for package delivery management.
Q: Can you call me/contact me outside of Reverb
A: Requests on Reverb Messages for contact outside of Reverb: Reverb rules specifically prohibit requests to communicate outside the Reverb Platform. We need to keep all communications on Reverb. Common questions are: Discount? this is a consignment and this is as low as the seller will go. It is available elsewhere on the internet. Pickup in lieu of shipping? We can offer free courier delivery in the Coeur D'Alene area. All other areas are shipped but we can offer actual shipping. Can I play test it first? We are an online shop exclusively with a private location not open to the public. Therefore, we only offer local delivery or insured shipping. If you have any other questions about a guitar, let's hear them.
Shipping Policy
Our shipments are fully insured and shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. We are happy to accommodate other shipping options prior to purchase, so just reach out prior to purchase. Please message us for International Shipping quotes that aren’t displayed and be sure to include your complete address and preferred carrier for a quick response. In some cases, the shipping calculator can be inaccurate. There may be excess shipping charges due before shipping.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We offer a 7 day money-back return on all used guitars - all our guitars are guaranteed and a full refund will be issued if not received in the condition it was described and pictured. We do allow “buy & try” preference returns and the buyer pays shipping charges. Shipping charges include shipping to the buyer and return shipping. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if the return does not fall within our policies. Please communicate with us before starting a return.
