Night Sky Sound, "The Seller" will offer a 90-Day Warranty on the parts and labor invested in the restoration of gear sold through this Reverb portal to the original reverb purchaser, "The Customer." Warranties are extended to The Customer that purchases the item only from Reverb.com and is not transferable to any other person or entity. The Warranty starts from the day the item is received by The Customer. The Customer is responsible for any costs incurred for the transportation of the unit to and from Night Sky Sound's Nashville facility. The warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from improper handling or abuse, accident, misuse, failure of electrical power, battery leakage, use on improper voltage or current, acts of God, failure to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the original user’s manual, use with other products that are faulty and not performing according to their manufacturer's specification, alteration, damage while in transit for repairs, repairs attempted by unauthorized person or agency, or any other reason not due to defects in our materials or workmanship. This Warranty is void if the serial number has been
altered, defaced or removed.
