We deliver items via international shipping with a tracking number by an international shipping company.
Please contact us if you want to know if delivery is possible.
For international shipping, we primarily ship via UPS. EMS is also used depending on conditions.
Basically, we do not accept shipping carrier requests.
Please contact us first for shipping carrier selection, as additional charges will apply.
If you prefer a shipping courier (with whom you have your own account) and wish to use that courier, please contact us first. However, we only use air shipping and not sea shipping.
If items are returned after shipping, the buyer must pay the shipping costs and will not be refunded in full after shipping.
Since we are unable to reply during the year-end and New Year holidays and store holidays, we will respond from the next business day.
Also, since there is no pickup on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and carrier holidays, we will ship on the next pickup date.

We generally do not accept returns.
All items are individually checked before shipping and returns are accepted only if you contact us within 3 days of receipt and the item is significantly different from the description or damaged.
[The price of a full refund] is the price at the time of purchase minus Reverb fees, Paypal fees, transfer fees, shipping charges, duties, and taxes.
When your item arrives, please check the packaging for damage before signing for it and report any damage to the shipping company immediately.
Keep the packing material until you are sure there is nothing wrong with the items.
If there is a problem with the item send a message to our store within 24 hours and include a photo of the damaged item and a photo of the box and packaging condition regardless of the damage.
For minor damage or neck twists, we may only refund the cost of local repair. Get in touch with us first.
Do not abandon any packaging, manuals, protective films, accessories, etc. that came with the item. Even if the product significantly different from the description, it must be exactly the same as when it was shipped for a full refund.
If you cancel before shipping, you will receive a refund minus a handling fee if you have not requested strings, parts, or other exchanges. If you have requested any replacement, the cost of labor and parts will also be deducted.
If you did not receive your package (the item must have arrived at our store) We will refund your money minus the actual round-trip shipping cost and restocking fee, not the initial shipping cost.
If your package is returned due to a shipping company problem (the item must have arrived at our store), We will refund only the price of the full refund minus the initial shipping cost.
Regarding the voltage of electrical equipment, the voltage in Japan is 100V 50Hz or 60Hz, which in many cases differs from other countries. Please check the operating voltage carefully. In most cases, we only check the operation with 100V 50Hz.
In some cases you may need a transformer, but we are not responsible for the operation in your country.
We do not accept barter.
Due to insurance purposes, the declared price cannot be changed from the final selling price.
