We're an independent music store in Lawrence, Kansas, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff and an incredible collection of vintage, new & used gear. For more than 40 years, we've been dedicated to quality, value and delivering truly great service whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player. We do Custom, Special Orders & Mods too. Every new instrument gets a free set up from one of our four luthiers.

Your order will leave our store as soon as payment has cleared and rest assured we'll pack it up safely for a worry free delivery to you. Gear ships via our favorite carriers, Fed Ex Ground or USPS, to all 'lower 48' U.S. states. There are just a couple of exceptions to our free shipping which include: Strymon Pedals, Tungsten Amps, Xits.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 2pm Central will not ship until the following business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day. Mass Street Music Free Shipping details are as follows: Pedals and accessories ship USPS. Instruments and larger items will ship Fedex Ground. Specific shipping services, other than what is listed, will require an additional charge.
For any Instrument Orders a Signature with be required upon delivery. Any orders over $400 may require a signature.
Faster Shipping - If you'd like your item quicker than standard shipping, no problem! Just get in touch with us. Please note that we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, and sorry, no C.O.D.s. Questions? Just send us a message.
We do not accept any international orders for our products through Reverb.

Besondere Bedingungen
You have 7 days to check out an item. An extra 24 hours is added on for acoustic instruments during the winter season, to allow the contents to reach room temperature before you open the box. If you are not completely satisfied with the instrument, just return it!
Returns are easy – just send us a message to get the return started. Once the item arrives back to us in its original condition, we will issue a full credit for the item, less the shipping charges. A return does void any free shipping offers and the customer is liable for shipping charges both ways.
Certain items have a special packaging from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer's seal is broken or internal packaging is not "as new" the item cannot be returned including K&K and L.R. Baggs
