Welcome to Lightning Joe's Guitar Heaven! We are home to over 1,700 new, used, and vintage guitars and fretted instruments. Family owned and operated since 1983, your excellent hosts Lightning Joe, Marelene, Joseph, Ashley, Joseph (with the beard), and Jordan look forward to helping you on your quest for tone. Our business hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:30am-5pm, which is our usual operating hours for Reverb. Please keep that in mind when inquiring about one of our products or making any offers, as it may take longer to respond if outside of our operating hours. Shipping Policy
Lightning Joe's Guitar Heaven ships via UPS Ground to the continental USA only. We are not processing international shipments at this time. Additional shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii may apply. Shipments are always insured for the full price of the item(s) sold. Lightning Joe's Guitar Heaven will not be held responsible for any damage sustained during the shipment of any item(s) purchased from Lightning Joe's Guitar Heaven. If damage is sustained during the shipment of any item(s) purchased from Lightning Joe's Guitar Heaven, the purchaser may file and/or resolve damage claims with the shipping company only. All shipping charges (when applicable) are to be paid by the purchaser.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Lightning Joe's Guitar Heaven will accept returns for merchandise exchange or store credit for any previously shipped item(s) within 24 hours of the customer's receiving the item(s). Returns will not be accepted after 24 hours have passed since the item(s) was delivered to the customer. If the customer wishes to return an item(s), Lightning Joe's Guitar Heaven must be notified within 24 hours via email or telephone call, including voicemail message. Refunds will not be granted. Shipping costs are to be paid solely by the customer. In the event of a return, all shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Lightning Joe's Guitar Heaven will not be held responsible for any damage sustained during the shipment of any item(s) purchased from Lightning Joe's Guitar Heaven. If damage is sustained during the shipment of any item(s) purchased from Lightning Joe's Guitar Heaven, the customer may file and/or resolve damage claims with the shipping company only. All shipping charges, including international customs fees, duties, and taxes, are to be paid by the customer.
Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (if applicable), and show no signs of wear or use. Please send your return in the same shipping box, with the same packing material, packed in the same manner as received, to ensure safe shipment to us. Failure to follow these instructions may cause your return to be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Special orders are not returnable.
