For all shipments outside of Spain, it is necessary to provide the National Identification Number of the client, whether or not it is a European Community because Spanish Treasury forces us to declare all movement or sale of products (even within the EEC itself) to avoid tax evasion or money laundering.

Any incident in the shipment (blow, breakage, damage, etc.) must be notified within a maximum period of 24 hours upon receipt of the merchandise, providing photos and other graphic material (both of the external box and of the instrument itself) for subsequent claim to the Transport Agency

In the shipment of tube amplifiers (whether in preamp or in the power stage), these are not covered by warranty, although whenever possible due to circumstances and commercial margins, they will act in Good Faith."

In case of return, the buyer will always be responsible for the return shipping costs, except if the product has arrived damaged due to transport or a manufacturing defect.

Cualquier incidencia en el envio (Golpe, rotura, desperfecto etc) ha de ser notificado en el plazo máximo de 24h a la recepción de la mercancía aportando fotos y demás material grafico (tanto de la caja externa como del propio instrumento) para su posterior reclamación a la Agencia de Transportes

En el envio de amplificadores a válvulas (ya sea en previo o en la etapa de potencia) , éstas no están cubiertas por garantía aunque siempre que sea posible por las circunstancias y los márgenes comerciales se actuará de Buena Fe

En caso de devolucion, siempre correrá por cuenta del comprador exceptuando si el producto ha llegado dañado por transporte
