We continue to set the standard with innovative ideas and services that provide our customers with what we consider to be a better and more complete retail music experience. *We only ship on the weekdays, so expect a delay if you purchase something on a weekend, or after our store hours.
Shipping Policy
TURNAROUND TIME:
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days after you pay. Our business week is Monday through Friday, so if an item is purchased on Thursday it may not ship until as late as Tuesday, or later if holiday or weather prevents us from shipping the item. All items are in stock at the time of the post. In the unlikely event an item is oversold, we will be glad to work with you to find an amicable resolution. We do not ship outside of the contiguous U.S.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We will not accept returns on software or clearance "Demo/Floor Model" gear.
Items must be returned with a return authorization within 7 days with its original content and condition. Any items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Any returns will have a 10% restocking fee.
Refund will be given as Paypal credit after item has been received by Kennelly Keys Music.
Return shipping will be paid and handled by the buyer.
Once an item has shipped, any form of order cancellation or return will be treated as a return and the aforementioned policies will be applied.
