Shipping Policy
We are highly experienced at shipping, and guitars will be sent via tracked delivery and packaged securely using appropriate box and materials.
International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes. The buyer is responsible for these costs both 1) when importing, and 2) if a guitar is returned to us (due to customer return or any other related customs issues). Import duty/tax varies from country to country, so please always check these costs with relevant government website in your country prior to buying.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
- Item arrived damaged. Full refund and seller pays for the return shipping costs - minus any international customs related fees, duty, tax etc.
- The customer didn't like the item (colour, tone, neck size, weight etc....): Refund minus all outward/inward shipping costs and related customs fees. This 14 day returns policy valid for UK based customers only.
- Refund will be issued once the guitar has been returned and inspected.
- Items returned to us that are received with additional damage, have been modified in any way, or are missing parts/accessories etc, will have appropriate costs deducted from the refund to compensate.
