I'm John at my private studio 1646. I buy and sell for various studio projects. When I don’t use or I’m finished with a guitar for a session, I often sell it here on Reverb. Guitars and accessories are 99% of the time purchased new, usually with specialized treatments like upgrades or PLEK services. They're never gigged or mistreated nor handled by in-store customers (excluding something vintage). Reverb users such as yourself are the beneficiary of such rotation and my listed guitars are always shipped in white-glove fashion. I treat your purchase as my own and my Feedback reflects this.

All items are sold "As-Described", meaning if you receive it as described it will not be available for return. If your item arrives damaged, you must reach out immediately to discuss remediation/refund and return. Most items are shipped insured with UPS Ground. If damage occurs for an insured shipment, the return, refund and remediation process will be handled mostly on the terms of the insurance provided by the carrier. For items received not "As-Described", please contact us. If we accept your return, you MUST return it using the same shipment box, same due care in packaging, to INCLUDE the fabric woven bag covering the guitar, the SAME fretboard protective padding, and SAME toggle switch padding AND insured return. Meaning, you must return it to us with the same "due care" as we provided to you!
