Shipping Policy
Orders over $50 receive free shipping, any order under $50 will be subject to a shipping charge.
Any product listed as special order or over our set weight limit is subject to extra freight charges and must be communicated with the fullfillment team at Impulse Music Company.
We reserve the right to charge freight on larger items that do not have uniform shipping boxes, weight, or multiple packages ex: drums, marimbas, guitar cabinets with 4 speakers, Extra Large PA speakers and systems.
We ship out most orders within 48 hours of payment processing and receiving funds.
International shipments are upon request only. We do not cover international shipping, international or VAT taxes.
Larger Items and international shipments may require more communication from buyer. For this purpose please allow 2-4 days while communication is exchanged between the two parties.
All of our shipments are insured to the maximum cost of the instrument.
Insurance claim response time may vary depending on the company used to insure your package.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 30 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Listing Policy
Not every guitar has one of a kind photos. When a product has unique qualities we try our best to update the photos with ones that represent the product you are purchasing. If the item is one of kind, custom, boutique, rare, or in the higher end range it will have it own photo set. How ever most items under $1000 will share the same stock photo taken here at Impulse Music Co's facility.
Return Policy Info
We take pride in our gear and assure that there is nothing wrong with any of our items. If you really feel that you were led astray through the description or pictures, we'll help get your money back to you, so long as the gear received at Impulse Music Co is returned in the same condition as we sent it to you, so long as you contact us with concerns the day received to avoid fraudulent return/refund claims. Items received in different condition then sent out, with have a restocking fee withheld from the refund to cover the cost of the loss.
B Stock Items are FINAL SALE and we DO NOT accept returns/refunds on them. If the item is suspected to be used as a "Rental" instrument we maintain the right to withold refunds/returns ("Rental" defined as one time use item for one particuliar gig, recording, project, etc). DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS FOR ACCESSORIES.
ALL ITEMS LABELED AS CLEARANCE ARE NON RETURNABLE
If the item arrives as described and you decide you don't like it or just don't want it anymore, we accept all returns as long as the item arrives in the original condition as it left our store. Please contact us first to arrange a return. We do not cover return shipping costs unless item is defective/requires warranty service. We do not accept returns for international items. Used & Vintage Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. New and used items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
