I am not a retail store and I am not a flipper/scalper. I am a musician who cares for his instruments and gear very carefully. I never sell broken gear or items with functional issues. My condition descriptions are very strict — if I describe an item as mint it means I took it out once to try it and put in back in the box. My “excellent” items are probably closer to mint than not and my very good items are probably what most would consider excellent condition or very close to that (i.e., a light scratch on a surface that doesn’t affect the item’s use and may be difficult to see when using — such as a scratch on the bottom of a rack unit or effects pedal). I pack items very carefully and I use very high quality U-line boxes rated to 275lbs. of pressure so your purchase doesn’t get accidentally damaged in transit. All items are shipped with signature required to ensure safe delivery — there are no exceptions. Any orders requesting signature NOT required will be canceled and refunded.
