If a return is requested, the guitar must remain in its original condition with no setup changes or adjustments performed by the buyer or any non-professional individual. Any setup, repair, or adjustment must be carried out by a reputable music store or qualified guitar technician.
Guitars that have been modified, adjusted, or set up by individuals who are not professional technicians at an established music store may not be eligible for return.
If a guitar shipment is refused or returned to sender, a 20% restocking fee will apply. This fee is necessary to cover the costs incurred, including the full payment processing fee, applicable prorated seller fees, and return shipping expenses.
