General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

My name is Brian. I’m an honest seller/buyer with excellent communication. I strive to maintain my 5 star rating and keep the customer happy. If issues arise, I try to work them out with a buyer/seller, in a reasonable and respectful manner.
MY LISTINGS:
-I will always do my best to describe items to the best of my knowledge, and include many photos.
-In some circumstances, I cannot open up amps and guitars to verify that electronics, pickups, tubes, and other internals are all original. Because I am not a luthier, or an amp tech, I sometimes can only assume to the best of my capability.
-All guitars listed will likely require a setup (e.g. relief, intonation, minor fret work, buzzing, string height, etc…). Especially if they experience a drastic change in climate. Setup costs are the buyers responsibility.
MY RETURN POLICY:
-I am not a store so there are absolutely NO “Trial Periods” on anything I list for sale.
-There are NO returns on selected items like amps, heavy items, or items that require installation by a qualified technician (e.g. pickups, electronics and hardware). I WILL INDICATE THIS IN THE SPECIFIC LISTING.
-Unless otherwise stated in my listing, I WILL allow a 3-DAY return window, on used items that arrive damaged or NOT received “As Described”. All return requests must follow my guidelines below.
RETURN REQUESTS:
-IF ALLOWABLE per the specific listing, return requests must be sent within the allotted time frame (3 days), which starts at the time the item is delivered. Anything sent after may be denied at my discretion.
-All return requests must be accompanied with a video that clearly indicates the issue. No video proof may result in a return request denial.
-If an item such as an amp isn’t working, please do not attempt to open it up and tamper with the internals. Contact me and provide a video showing the issue. I WILL NOT accept a return on ANY item that is tampered with or shows any sign of modification.
-Buyer is subject to return shipping expenses depending on the circumstance.
-Refund will not be approved until the item is back in my custody & in the same condition it was in when I originally shipped it. Any signs that a returned item was damaged, tampered with, or modified will result in a refund denial. The item will only then be sent back at the buyers expense.
PAYMENTS:
-Payments must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Orders not paid for on time will be subject to cancellation.
-I normally list on multiple sites so I reserve the right to pull a listing at anytime.
-I reserve to right to cancel an order if a buyer doesn’t have a 5 star rating, has no Reverb rating or history, or if I don’t feel comfortable with the buyer. I will only deal with honest individuals.
SHIPPING:
-My listed shipping charges are usually worse case scenario. No partial refunds will be given if an items ships for less than what was listed. This difference is factored into any negotiations.
-Large and/or expensive items will ship with a signature required. Added Insurance will be purchased at my discretion.
-Items returned must be packaged exactly as they were received or the return may be denied.
