Shipment Information: Due to the cheap price of shipping we use the Turkey National Postal services PTT (Standart International Post with Tracking Number). After you buy the item, be sure that we will be ship it in 24 hours. Please buy the item by accepting this and wait to receive it patiently. If you want fast delivery, we can send by Express cargo by adding 28 USD to the specified shipping price. If you want, just write to us. We will make the necessary adjustments. International standard shipments with tracking number vary depending on the recipient country, but are generally delivered within 15-20 days (sometimes faster). However, due to the busyness of the recipient country's customs and some special circumstances, delivery time may rarely take up to 50-60 days. Please order with this in mind.

Customs Fees Information: Countries may apply variable customs duties on packages coming from abroad. In the EU and the UK, these fees are collected when the package reaches your country or at the time of delivery. In the US, the customs fee is included in the postage you pay when purchasing the product. Customs fees that may occur are the buyer's responsibility.

For U.S. shipments, if a package cannot be delivered for any reason or if the recipient refuses to accept the package, an additional shipping fee will be charged for the return to us. In such cases, the shipping costs for both the original delivery and the return will be deducted from the refund issued to the recipient.
