We typically ship two or three times per week, depending on the number of processed orders in house. Therefore, any order for an in-stock product will be shipped within two to three business days. Some products are made in batches, and may not be available to ship until the end of the production run. See availability notices on the Foxrox Electronics website.

If you are on the fence and just want to try a pedal out, please order from one of our dealers. They are better equipped to deal with returns. If ordering directly from Foxrox, please be sure (in advance) that you really want the pedal, you understand what it does, and you can afford it.
You can return a pedal within the first 30 days and you will get a full refund of your original purchase price (minus shipping). The pedal must be in new condition. If it is scratched or damaged in any way, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund based on how much the pedal will sell for as a b-stock.
If you receive a Foxrox product from our store that seems defective in any way, contact us immediately. We will work with you to remedy the situation, picking up all shipping expenses in the event that we sent you a defective product.
All returns should start with an email to [email protected].
Foxrox warranties all pedals for 5 years against failure. Parts and labor are covered. Warranty does not cover damage due to improper voltage, extreme abuse, and unauthorized modifications. There's never a charge for repairs due to normal wear and tear, as long as you cover return shipping.
