READING OUR POLICY, MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF OUR STORE :

✅ Before making a payment, we strongly recommend that buyers ask questions about the goods if there are things that are bothering about the overall condition. We will gladly explain if needed. And if there are no questions, then we assume the buyer has agreed to all the conditions of the goods we sell / described.

✅ All the instruments we sell, both guitars and basses, have gone through a professional setup process by our luthier for your playing comfort without any homework for you. The good news is, we have covered the set up costs!
✅ For international shipment we usually use EMS Indonesian Post. ( EMS Indonesian Post uses partners such as DHL, USPS, Fedex, etc for international shipping and all shipments are fully insured )
✅ Guaranteed delivery of EMS shipments to the destination address, a maximum of 3-5 days (not including the time of inspection of Customs / National Holiday / Delays).
✅ Competitive rates based on weight level and destination country, in US Dollar. (Information on EMS Indonesian Post rates). Compensation guarantee if there is a delay in submission, the shipment is lost or damaged, according to the provisions of the Universal Postal Union.
✅ To help track your package, we recommend googling "EMS Indonesian Post" so you can find out the delivery process for your order by entering the tracking number.
✅ Shipping costs listed in our ads are final based on the location of the buyer and weight estimation costs ( Example : volume dimention calculation for guitars, basses, amps, etc ), we don’t respond if there is an argument if the buyer feels aggrieved by the difference in costs so please give your detail address to us.
✅ For shipments of goods that use volume dimension calculations ( in this case with no hardcase ), the total shipping costs are included with secure packaging ( using a plywood box ).

⚠️ Abandoning orders after your offer is accepted creates extremely frustrating experiences, if you don’t pay within 2 days of your purchasing, we will cancel the purchase/orders immediately.

⚠️ Paypal is no longer refunding the seller's fees on any refunds, so any refunds to a customer on any purchase is customer's responsibility.

⚠️ Our store does not accept refunds in any form especially if there is an indication of a suspicious buyer who wants to deceive us or suggests sending to a different address. Every shipment of goods that we send has gone through the appropriate/professional procedure stages until the goods arrive to the buyer with complete additional evidence such as an online tracking number, photo proof of the recipient's address attached to the item before it is sent, photo of the goods before it is sent, photo of proof of the original delivery receipt. We do all of this as proof of our work and the integrity of professional sellers at Reverb.

New condition goods with 14 days warranty and starting from the buyer receiving the goods include the conditions and specs that we describe in the listing. We will not accept complaints at all if there is an error on the part of the buyer due to damage in any form within the warranty period. be careful with your goods because it is entirely your responsibility.

USED :
Based on our experience, every item is in used condition, we always do a detailed inspection before selling. Therefore, every description we sell is the actual condition. We only accept returns if it does not match the description we sell but if there is damage due to buyer negligence when the item is received then we do not accept returns.
