Shipping Policy
We will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send us a message. All Import Duties, Taxes and Fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Within Canada we may use Canada Post, Canpar or UPS for all orders. USA & worldwide shipments may go Canada Post, UPS or other depending on shipping times & rates. Some remote areas will be subject to additional shipping charges. Oversize parcels that have to be shipped via Canada Post are subject to additional shipping charges. Contact us for details before ordering.
Canadian 2 Day Shipping Details: We now offer 2 Day Shipping on many items within Canada. We will ship your order within 24 hours with Expedited Shipping Speed (same day shipping whenever possible - we do need time to do inspections & setups on guitars). Canada is a big place and with many factors at play, depending on where you live, delivery within 2 business days is not guaranteed. AB, MB, SK should be no problem, ON & BC might be an extra day or two, QC and east - expect an additional 1-4 business days for delivery.
Note: Some remote, "beyond point" or rural locations may be subject to additional shipping charges. (ie. PO Box deliveries). In these instances, we will contact you before shipping your order to discuss options.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Return Brokerage Fees on International Returns will be deducted from any refunds. A 15% Restocking Fee will apply if items are not returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
USA Guitar Purchases
Guitar sales to the USA are non-returnable/non-refundable due to the extensive costs and customs paperwork involved with shipping internationally. 
Before we ship, every guitar is thoroughly inspected, tested and played to ensure it is 100% good to go. Occasionally, during transit, due to weather and other factors, guitars will go out of tune and/or need some minor adjustments upon delivery. We pack extremely well and photograph each guitar from multiple angles during the inspection/packing process. If we notice any blemishes or other unexpected issues with the guitar, we will fully disclose them and send you picture(s) before shipping. If anything fails to meet your satisfaction, you have the option to cancel the order before we ship.
