Shipping Policy
All items purchased before 3 p.m. EST (Monday through Thursday), will ship the same day. All other purchases will be shipped the following business day. Expedited shipping is available at the buyer's request.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
For any returns other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods, the buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. If the item was sold with "Free Shipping", the shipping and handling charges incurred from the initial outbound shipment will be deducted from the refund.
Empire Music reserves the right to refuse any return if item is not returned in the condition in which it was delivered. All original pickguard coverings, hang tags, paperwork must be in original condition as it was sent. Any return not matching this criteria can be rejected or subject to a restocking fee up to 50%. All returns are subject to a restocking fee that covers Reverb transaction fees that are not returned to the seller.
Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
All negotiated and discounted sales are final.
A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.
Items listed as "Used/Mint" and "Factory Demonstration" are sold as all sales final.
All amplifier sales are final.
All international sales are final.
