Shipping Policy
We’ve sent thousands of packages all around the globe.
Every order is packed with your best interest in mind.
Orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship on the same business day.
Tracking details will be provided shortly after purchase.
Orders ship via UPS Expedited by default.
For faster delivery, UPS Express Saver can be selected at checkout.
Our prices do not include duties or taxes.
Starting August 29, 2025, all U.S.-bound shipments will be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, regardless of order value.
• These costs are set by U.S. Customs and collected by UPS at delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If your new gear doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item.
The item must be delivered back to the shop within those 30 days to qualify for a refund.
Please ensure the item is carefully packed in a box and shipped using a trackable method.
All items and accessories must be returned in brand new condition.
A 25% restocking fee will apply to items returned in undesirable condition.
Please keep an eye on your tracking details so you know when to expect your package.
If a delivery is refused or returned after multiple missed attempts, the original shipping, return shipping, and any import fees billed back to us will be deducted from your refund.
