I offer players, collectors, and musicians from all over the world a broad collection of fine instruments and accessories. Diamond Guitars is official Lowden, C.F. Martin and Santa Cruz dealer. Top-notch guitars from Gibson, Bourgeois, Huss & Dalton, Collings and other high-end builders complete the collection. Most customers buy and trade online but it is also possible to come and test guitars in our friendly and peaceful guitar- living room. Keep in mind that visits are by appointment only.

I am dedicated to answer any question asked by mail, phone or video call (WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams, etc.) fast and professionally. Upon request, we will send extra pictures, measurements and specific sound clips. Anything to make sure you will be amazed when opening the case and playing the instrument. After the purchase of your guitar, we are still there for you. Ask any (technical) question, we will help.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is always fully insured, and all guitars are packed very safe. Shipping rates may vary if you live in a remote location. Express service is possible too. Mail use for rates.
Secured and Safe packing:
All guitars are packed with extreme care and shipped fully insured and carbon-neutral mostly via UPS. Standard shipping varies for 3 to 9 days depending on the Customs procedures.
Customs procedures:
Our shipper also handles Customs procedures and the payments process. Express service outside Europe:
Tracking service:
A tracking number will be provided for every parcel shipped.
Shipping within 24 hours of Order:
In general guitars ship within one working day after full payment.
We will notify you in case of delays. All guitars are shipped fully insured.
Non-EU Orders, Invoicing and VAT:
Non-EU orders will be sent with an accurate invoice. If VAT is applicable on a guitar that amount will be deducted. One can calculate the net amount by dividing the price by 1.21. Keep in mind that in the import country taxes and custom charges may apply. Mail us for more information for your specific country.

New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
