Shipping Policy
We will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send us a message.
We offer free shipping on most items to most states within the contiguous United States for orders over $99. However, some states may incur additional shipping fees due to rising shipping costs, insurance, and return expenses. Applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping to PO Boxes requires that the shipment be sent by USPS only and may incur additional fees to make this happen. We are happy to ship to PO boxes, but USPS isn't always the cheapest method depending on the item and can incur additional fees to support this.
Shipping Estimates: Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the carrier’s performance.
Taxes & Duties: Shipments may incur taxes upon delivery. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional costs before purchasing.
International Returns: We do not issue return labels for international order returns. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping of international items.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We have a 30-day return period. All returns must be cleared with an RMA via email prior to shipping back. Any return not cleared prior to shipping back will be refused. All returns must be Items must be returned in the original packaging, with all included items and documentation, and be returned in the condition that they were sent. Returned items for refund that are not broken or not being exchanged due to fault are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, in addition to outbound shipping fees, credit card fees, and cleaning fees. Any item returned with damage, rack rash, missing items, or any other physical markings will be subject to a minimum of 25% restocking fee. Customers with a high rate of returns can be subject to additional restock fees. Returns are allowed on open box, b-stock, and used items within 30 days of receipt with a minimum of 15% restocking fee. Shipping, packing, and cleaning fees incurred by DM will also be deducted from any refunds or exchanges. Credit cards fees are not refundable and and a minimum of 3% will be charged to cover the costs of the credit card fees.
Defective units will be exchanged for the same unit within the 14-day period. If you would not like to exchange, standard restock fees may still apply.
Items that can not be returned include - software, units with contents or packaging that is damaged or missing, headphones, microphones, wind instruments, books, DIY kits, clothing, oversized and overweight items, discontinued items, vintage synthesizers and instruments, any items that are non-functioning due to faulty firmware upgrades, and any units requiring any assembly.
Please contact us before returning any items. Credit will be issued according to your payment method, or if you prefer store credit. If any product is damaged in shipping, you should contact us immediately so that we can address the issue promptly with the appropriate carrier. Any return sent back with out contacting us first will not be honored.
