About Your Order
• Our advertised prices are as low as the big box music stores (in many cases, our in-store prices are even better).
• We don't drop ship instruments from a warehouse. The merchandise you see listed is usually on display at our store.
• We make sure the item you order is the item you get. And we confirm everything is right before we ship it.
• We play and test every instrument to be sure it's ready to play..
• We check amps, keyboards, mics and audio equipment so we know everything works correctly before it leaves the shop. In the event something's not right with your order (sometimes it happens), we'll make it right and we'll do it ASAP—usually the same day.

FAQs:
Q: Are you interested in trades?
A: We consider trades in our store, but NOT online. In addition to the risk that comes with shipping items, we've found that establishing trade values, factoring in shipping costs, etc., make it hard for everyone to get the most out of their gear, so we let it go.

Q: Are the pictures in your listing the actual item I will receive or are they stock photos?
A: Typically, the item pictured is the same item we would ship to you. If we happen to have multiples of that item, it is likely we will send you a packaged, new-in-box item before we ship you the open-box item in the photograph. If you prefer the item pictured you can always check with us.

Q: "What's your best price on this item?"
A: If we are allowed by the brand*, we will put the "Make an Offer" button on the listing. If we can't do that, feel free to send us an offer in the message field and we can always negotiate and counter from there, if needed. We believe it's counter-intuitive for us to send you an offer on an item we are trying to sell when we have a price listed. *Many brands won't allow us to discount their products, per our dealer agreement.

Q: Do you set up guitars before shipping them?
A: We check every instrument before it goes out. We will change the strings and go over its current set up and make adjustments if needed. If you have preferences on string gauge, action, etc. feel free to let us know before we ship your item.

Q: What carrier do you ship with?
A: On bigger items such as guitars, keyboard, etc. we generally use UPS. On smaller items we will use USPS. If you have a preferred shipper we will be more than happy to accommodate. Just check with us. *Our UPS does not offer pickup services on Saturday — all orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following non-holiday business day.

*Sales and shipping of Fender and other FMIC products are strictly limited to the United States and its territories. (In other words, please don’t ask us to ship Fender products outside the U.S.)

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Special Conditions

For Returns: Buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to set up return delivery. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping expenses unless otherwise agreed, and assumes all risk for safe shipment back to Corner Music. We will withhold an additional restocking/damage fee for items not returned in 'as-shipped' condition. (Handy tip: Don't be that person who doesn't return things the way you received them.) As soon as we receive the merchandise and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund.

Make sure to check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.
