GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
How Long do you Process Orders?
All orders received are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days with some exceptions due to holidays, used items (see Used Item Shipping Terms below), and other special cases.

Domestic Orders placed on Reverb will ship USPS, UPS, or FedEx. International Orders will ship USPS, UPS, or DHL. Please send us a message if you want to arrange for other shipping methods.
Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not processed until the following Monday.
Can my order be shipped a certain way and/or to arrive by a certain date?
If an order needs to be rushed or has special instructions please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Are the shipping times accurate?
The U.S. Postal system does not guarantee delivery times. Please be aware that we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, DHL, FedEx and UPS National Holidays.
STORE PICKUP
If you are visiting us or live in the Tri-state area and would like to pick up your order at our storefront, please select "In-Store Pickup" as the shipping method during checkout. We will e-mail you when your is ready for pick up. If you would like to order to be held in advance, please e-mail us or leave a note in the Shopping Cart page as to when you will be able to pick your order up. We will hold your order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free Shipping in the USA, American Territories, and FPO/UPO Addresses for New items.
We offer free shipping on New Items to the United States for orders over $75. This shipping option automatically provides $100 insurance. Signature Confirmation is not included.
Items that are listed as Used and certain exceptions may not qualify for free shipping.
For multiple items, a shipping refund will be issued after checkout based on location and total package weight.
Paid Shipping
We offer USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipping options. Orders shipped via FedEx and UPS will ship with "Indirect Signature" confirmation unless specified in the order as "No Signature" or "Direct Signature" or "Adult Signature". Orders shipped via UPS will ship without signature confirmation unless specified in the order as “Signature”.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries via Asendia, USPS, DHL, Fedex, and UPS. Shipping costs are a flat fee, with multiple units added at a fraction of the cost. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. Duties, taxes and/or fees will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Control only charges the transportation fee. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs will be.
Asendia shipment is a consolidated shipping service that is offered on our listings. Packages tend to arrive 1-3 weeks, but may take up to 5 weeks to arrive at the destination. USPS Priority Mail International and Express services allows for mail and packages weighing up to 70 pounds to most countries, with shipments generally arriving at their destinations within 6–10 days. USPS Priority Mail Express International is the fastest USPS shipping method with deliveries generally arriving in 3–5 business days. We are not responsible for delays on orders shipped via USPS. Once the order leaves the USA, it will be processed by the destination country’s local postal carrier, and any issues will need to be addressed with the destination country’s postal service.
FedEx services allow for mail and packages weighing up to 150 pounds to most countries with guaranteed shipping to certain countries.
For multiple items, a shipping refund will be issued after checkout based on location and total package weight.

All cables are not eligible for return or exchange.
*Opened New Items*
Opened new items are subject to a 15% restocking fee if:
-Item is Opened
-Item shows any sign of rack rash, use, wear and/or tear.
-Item is missing any of the item's content, such as the original box, manuals, cables, trinkets or any other of the item's contents.
-Item is returned within 30 days of purchase from item's ship date.
*Used Items*
All used items are sold "as-is" and can not be exchanged or returned.
*Kits*
Opened or used item's advertised as Kits are not eligible for return.
*Defects*
Defective items may be replaced if:
