Return policy
1. Buyer has 48 hrs. from time of delivery to inspect the item or have it inspected. Any defects, damage, misrepresentations or other problems must be reported within that time period in writing to the Collar City Guitars LLC (CCG) at [email protected].
2. In the case of damage during shipment, Buyer shall immediately inform CCG of such damage and will maintain all original packing materials and box for inspection by the transportation company.
3. If other problems are discovered and reported to CCG, CCG will request that the Buyer return the item to the CCG (CCG will reimburse Buyer for cost of shipment of item back to CCG). CCG will correct indicated problems and ship the item back to the Buyer within 7 days of receiving it.
4. In the event that the item cannot be repaired or replaced with a similar item from CCG’s inventory, the CCG will give a refund to Buyer.
5. No refunds or returns for Buyer Remorse or Buyer Mind Changing.
6. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks after receipt of your return package to CCG, however, we strive to issue your refund sooner than that. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
7.Orders are only processed on normal business days (T-F excluding holidays). Orders for in-stock items placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time are shipped the next business day.
8. We at Collar City Guitars care deeply about the environment; this means that we reuse as much packing material as possible. Reused materials may include; bubble wrap, newspapers, recycled paper products, and cardboard. In addition to minimizing waste, this policy keeps shipping costs as low as possible and thus, passing the savings on to you.
