Shipping Policy
International Sales
No Returns outside of US territory. We prefer to use Fedex, to ship a guitar with Fedex outside the US costs from $600 to $900
USPS only costs $250 but they offer no insurance, if you choose to ship this way we are not responsible for loss or damage. We encourage and recommend Fedex
We do not provide CITIES permit, customer is responsible for this as well. If for any reason instrument is returned to us we will return your money minus shipping and our 4% restock fee.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
48 hour approval period upon receiving, no exceptions.
Buyer is responsible for all appropriate, insured return shipping charges.
Any changes to the instrument while in buyer's possession will void return.
For international returns items need to be declared in full value, if less value requested we are not responsable for damage or loss.
We have a 10% percent restock fee if you decide to return item just because.
No returns on amps, or AS-IS instruments
